eBusiness-Lotse Dresden

Short description:
The project eBusiness-pilot Dresden supports SMEs, that seek information about ICT, information and knowledge management, and eBusiness solutions for their companies. By developing and offering courses SMEs are supported in gaining insights in topics such as online-marketing, or the use and features of information and knowledge management software, process management software/ERP-systems etc. In addition, SMEs can receive help in using the systems. Last, but not least information material and best practice examples are prepared and provided.
