Anne Lauber-Rönsberg is Professor of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, in particular Copyright Law, and Media and Data Protection Law at the Faculty of Law of TU Dresden. She conducts research at the Institute for International Law, Intellectual Property and Technology Law (IRGET) and supports the work of the Service Center Research Data as a partner for the legal aspects of research data management. Since 2008, Christian Löschen has been working at the ZIH in various projects that focused on data management. Most recently, he was involved in the development of OpARA, the TU Dresden's repository for the long-term preservation of digital research data.
