Research Associate in Innovation Management wanted
At the TUD|Excellence Center for Innovation, Transfer and Entrepreneurship (TUD|excite), the excite|FUTURELAB Unit is looking to fill a project position as a
research associate Employee in Innovation Management (m/f/d)
(if the personal requirements are met E 13 TV-L)
until 31.10.2026 (employment period according to § 2 Abs. 2 WissZeitVG), with 75% of the regular weekly working hours.
Tasks: scientific Research activities, in particular on topics such as new intelligent instruments and methods of innovation and transfer management with a focus on the innovation chain at universities, ways to systematically involve employees in the innovation process, safe use of AI and other digital tools and methods to strengthen and accelerate the innovation process or innovation financing through venture capital funds. You coordinate and supervise the teaching and further education program offered by TUD|excite in cooperation with the Chair of Innovation- and Technologymanagement. You will participate in the organization of conferences and other events in this context. You will also be involved in the transfer of research results to the work of the other TUD|excite units.
Prerequisites: degree in economics University degree in the Department of Business Administration and Economics, experience in participating in innovation or entrepreneurship initiatives during your studies or during your studies, good written and spoken German and English language skills, proven digital skills, interest in practice-oriented and interdisciplinary work and independent work on current issues.
Outside of working hours, there is the opportunity to pursue your own academic qualifications. Further qualification (usually a doctorate) under the supervision of Prof. Andreas Pinkwart, Chair of Innovation- and Technologymanagement at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics.
