Vocational Education and Personnel Capacity Building
The postgraduate Master's program 'Vocational Education and Personnel Capacity Building' arose from the postgraduate program 'Vocational and Adult Education in International Development' and is a supplementary continuing education program geared to the international cooperation of TU Dresden.
The international Master's program was established in 1996 and has since produced more than 1200 graduates from over 70 countries. The program is offered in German as well as in cooperation with foreign universities in English. The study program in German is supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Application and contact for the study
For applicants from emerging and developing countries, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers a limited number of scholarships through the program "Postgraduate Courses for Professionals with Relevance to Developing Countries" (EPOS).
Please inform yourself about the application modalities via the scholarship database of the DAAD.
The online application for a DAAD scholarship is done
- directly to the study program at the TU Dresden (Kornelia.Kloeber@tu-dresden.de)
- Application deadline is 15.09. for the beginning of the following year.
The application as a self-payer with a foreign university degree
- must be submitted via uni-assist by July 15 of the year in which the study program is to begin.
The application as a self-paying student with a university degree obtained in Germany
- is done via the TU Dresden, Immatrikulationsamt.
