In-depth nutrition
Current developments relating to the phenomenon of nutrition in accordance with the regulations for Saxon schools form the framework for this seminar. Subject-specific content is developed, tested and evaluated with methodological and didactic decisions for the teaching kitchen.
Students acquire or deepen their skills in the following subject areas:
- Sensory examinations and experiments with food
- Effects of micro and macronutrients in the human body
- Obesity and diabetes type I and II
- Food intolerances and allergies
- Alternative forms of nutrition and nutrition trends and
- Eating disorders
