New publication from our working group on the topic of digitalization in the professional field of nutrition and home economics

Digitalization is both an object and an expression of changing professional work. In order to be able to map the digital transformation of work processes for future skilled workers in vocational training, vocational teachers must be enabled to understand digital work processes and design them didactically. An innovative teaching-learning pilot was designed and researched for the first phase of teacher training. The aim was to enable prospective vocational teachers to adequately address digital innovations in professional work in their future teaching activities.
