IT support
IT support for the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences includes network and server administration, computer set-up and maintenance based on standardized strategies and the rectification of system-wide faults and malfunctions.
First-level support, including workstation setup, is primarily provided by the contact persons responsible for the IT infrastructure in the respective organizational units.
Problems or questions regarding the central services offered by the ZIH (email, WLAN, Cloudstore, etc.) can be clarified via the Service Desk(, extension -40000).
