Image Protests on Social Media as a guest in the lecture series "Grundlagen und anwendungsori­entierte Methoden der Digital Humanities"

The project Bildproteste in den Sozialen Medien was once again a guest in the lecture series of the Master's program in Digital Humanities at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at TU Dresden on November 12.
Verena Straub gave the students an introduction to Digital Art and Image Science and presented various areas of this field of research: from image databases, 3D modeling and digital curating to computer vision and dealing with social media images.

The lecture "Grundlagen und anwendungsorientierte Methoden der Digital Humanities" takes place on Tuesdays, 14:50 - 16:20, in the SLUB Open Science Lab.
In addition to the first students of the Master's program, interested parties are also cordially invited to the lecture series.
