For incoming students
Learning Agreement (Incomings)
This is a study plan for the study project abroad, which must be drawn up together with the Erasmus coordinator before the planned stay abroad and signed by the coordinators of the home and partner universities. The general guideline for the number of credits to be earned is 30 ECTS per semester.
Proof of performance
At the end of the semester, the Erasmus coordinators of the institutes must be provided with a completed and signed transcript of records from the lecturers with whom the courses were taken. They are the prerequisite for issuing the Transcript of Records.
Transcript of Records
This is the documentation of academic achievements and ECTS credits for recognition at the home university. The document is issued on the basis of the previously submitted transcripts of records. At the end of the semester, please hand in the collected transcripts of records to your Erasmus coordinator.
Please note: If examinations have not yet been completed at the time of departure or not all transcripts of records can be submitted in full, please inform the coordinator in good time and be sure to leave your current contact details!
For outgoings
Online form for applying for an Erasmus place
To apply for an Erasmus place, an online form must be created and completed. The online form must be submitted together with the relevant application documents to the Erasmus coordinator of the respective Institute .

This is a study plan for the study project abroad, which must be drawn up together with the Erasmus coordinator before the planned stay abroad and signed by the coordinators of the home and partner universities. The general guideline for the number of credits to be earned is 30 ECTS per semester.
Confirmation of Attendance/ Letter of confirmation (TUD)
After their study period abroad , TU Dresden students must obtain confirmation of their stay at the partner university from the host university and submit this to the International Office together with the signed Learning Agreement and the Transcript of Records.
Transcript of Records
This is the documentation of the academic achievements and ECTS credits earned at the host university for recognition at the Technical University. The document must be issued by the respective partner university at the end of the stay abroad .
Application for recognition of examination results
The form to be completed together with the Erasmus coordinator after the stay abroad must be submitted to the Examination Office of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science.
