Studying at the Chair of Modern German Literature and Didactics of German Language and Literature
As the first phase of teacher training, the Didactics of German Language and Literature course aims to provide students with a sound knowledge of didactics and the ability to reflect on their profession. It also offers them their first opportunities to experience the interplay of knowledge and skills in teaching experiments.

Didactics of German language and literature
The aim of teaching didactics of German language and literature is to create the prerequisites for reflective, academically sound, committed and independent action in German lessons.
In our courses, the acquisition of knowledge about linguistic and literary learning and teaching processes and their institutional framework conditions is combined with the reflection of concrete teaching situations (own experiments, transcripts, etc.).
