Research Interests

In the "Cultural Fit" project, I am working on the integration of the "Cultural Fit" scientific approach into the HR management of small and medium-sized enterprises. The project aims to develop manageable and efficient tools that SMEs can implement in their day-to-day operations to cover their personnel requirements and secure them in the long term. To this purpose, further training courses to teach the cultural fit approach and corresponding practical methods are designed, implemented, and optimized following practical testing. In addition, the collected content and methods will be compiled into self-learning materials and will be freely available after the project.
