Research Interests
With my colleague Hanne Lore Hofmann (M.Sc.), I am working on the Cultural Fit project on how the theoretical approach of retaining employees by matching them to the respective corporate culture can be applied in practice in regional companies. For the transfer of knowledge, we are designing a further training course and a scientific-practical guide, which should make the Cultural Fit concept tangible and implementable for regional economic players to strengthen their resilience against the acute and growing shortage of skilled workers in the future.
