After the successful CAD design of the demonstrator, the concepts are now being transferred into practice. Together with the entire GRK team, the starting point for the construction was on March 1, 2021. On the agenda are: showcasing, hammering, drilling, sawing, deburring, tube bending and many other metalworking tasks.
After only a short time, efficient teams have formed and professions have emerged: For example, Jonas Miesner became the man for bending tubes, Nazanin Hamedi became the expert for setting up the metering FEAs, and Anselm Klose and Florian Pelzer were the "jokers" who helped out wherever things got stuck.

Together with the energetic support of the PhD students from the Chair of Process Control Engineering, the pyhsical setup of the demonstrator was completed in only six months.
