Call for Papers for the 56th Power Plant Technology Colloquium 2024
Dear colleagues and researchers,
We are pleased to invite you to submit papers for the 56th Power Plant Technology Colloquium. The conference offers a unique platform for the exchange of ideas, research results and innovations in the field of energy management and security of supply.
The 56th KWTK will take place on 8 and 9 October at the International Congress Center in Dresden.
The main topics in 2024 are as follows:
- New construction and pilot projects
- Integration of renewable energy sources
- Energy storage
- Supply networks
- Circular economy, resource recovery and sector coupling
- Waste, sewage sludge and bioenergy
- Security of supply
- Process simulation, measurement technology and digitalisation
- Nuclear energy systems
- Hydrogen
- Combustion and steam generators
- Energy machines
- Exhaust gas purification
- Fittings and components
- Operation and maintenance
The deadline for submission of paper proposals is 8 March 2024. Both oral and poster submissions are accepted. The presentations comprise a speaking time of 20 minutes and a subsequent discussion time of 10 minutes. Posters will be exhibited throughout the day.
