A framework agreement between ABB and TU Dresden underlines their close cooperation and provides a sustainable basis for research and development in the field of electrical engineering.

Bombardier Center of Competence (CoC) for Railway Systems Engineering and Integration
Between the leading supplier of rail equipment and TU Dresden there exists a framework agreement on specific traffic topics. According to the contract, among other things, a Bombardier-tram serves as a carrier for measuring instruments that generates mechanical and electrical data from the traffic flow within the City of Dresden .

INI.TUD - Ingolstadt Institute of AUDI AG and TU Dresden
The aim of this cooperation is to integrate the expertise of TU Dresden in the field of automotive engineering into specific research projects of Audi. TU Dresden can refer to a vast experience in the fields of automotive technology, lightweight construction, production engineering and other technical areas. The collaboration shall be reflected in practical research results and a sustainable, promotion of junior scientists.

Due to a long-term framework agreement, the intensive cooperation between Rolls-Royce and TU Dresden has been put on a sustainable footing. At the UTC, which was established in 2006, scientists of TU Dresden focus their work on the development and use of lightweight materials and structures for the aerospace industry. .
