TeamWork - Building Career Skills through International Online Collaboration
What is TeamWork?
TeamWork is an online program that enables students to gain international professional experience, all without the need to travel. Over four weeks, students from up to six European EUTOPIA partner universities collaborate part-time on exciting projects provided by international organizations and companies.
Goals and Benefits

International Collaboration: Students work in interdisciplinary teams with peers from different countries and cultures, strengthening their intercultural competencies.

No specific prior knowledge or experience is required.
Past Calls
A standout feature of the TeamWork program was the inspiring collaboration with the cutting-edge biotechnology company Lipotype, based in Dresden, and the innovative light design and manufacturing firm, corporate friends from Kamenz. These partnerships highlight the powerful synergy between academia and industry in driving forward-thinking solutions.
