Offers for the Open Monument Day 2024 at the TUD
This year's Open Monument Day on September 8, 2024 will feature the following activities at TU Dresden:
The "Historic Campus of TU Dresden" campus tour of various university buildings will focus on the names of the buildings and the specific naming processes. The tour will be offered by Dr. Hagen Schönrich, scientific coordinator of the research project "The Technische Hochschule Dresden in the 20th Century".
The Office for Academic Heritage, Scientific and Art Collections offers a guided tour through the buildings of the Chemical Institutes from 1926. The focus is on the König Building, including a visit to the Historical Dye Collection.
