Team culture? Yes, please!
Everyone knows it: the feeling that something unfair has happened. Yet fairness is the basis of fair play and therefore a fundamental attitude that stands for equity, lived values, equal opportunity and consideration. The necessary team culture and cooperation rarely develop efficiently "top down". They are shaped and developed through joint action, in some cases quietly and comfortably, in others stumbling, loudly or even through conflict. But regardless of whether you and your team, your clinic, your management area or your Institute are creeping, sprinting, tripping or hopping: shape your path together. Because fair play is not only the basis for respectful interaction with one another, but also for the effectiveness and efficiency of teamwork.

The aim of "Fairplay" is to promote mutual exchange, develop soft skills, promote cohesion and foster understanding and empathy for other points of view and other vitae.
