The quartz glass tube reactors are equipped with a set of temperature and chemicals resistant quartz boats. The oven is equipped with ceramic trays.
Both quartz glass tube furnaces are suitable for temperature programmed reactions of samples under inert or reactive atmosphere. The oven is only used for high temperature treatment under atmospheric conditions. Furnace (1) works up to 1000 °C under nitrogen or air between 0 - 30 ml/min with a sample volume of up to 200 ml. Furnace (2) reaches up to 800 °C under nitrogen, air or hydrogen atmosphere between 0 - 30 ml/min with a sample volume up to 100 ml. Oven (3) works between 100 - 1200 °C at constant temperature.
