- May 19, 2021: The paper Exploring Plasmonic Resonances Toward “Large-Scale” Flexible Optical Sensors with Deformation Stability (with Anik Kumar Ghosh, Swagato Sarkar, Lisa J. Nebel, Olha Aftenieva, Vaibhav Gupta, Amit Das, Joby Joseph, Sven Wießner, Tobias A.F. König, and Andreas Fery) has been published in Advanced Functional Materials. More wrinkling of Cosserat shells, this time with stress plots!
- May 10, 2021: The paper Controlling line defects in wrinkling: a pathway towards hierarchical wrinkling structures (with André Knapp, Lisa Nebel, Mirko Nitschke and Andreas Fery) has been published in Soft Matter. It shows wrinkling of Cosserat shells in action!
- Apr. 28, 2021: The preprint Conforming Finite Elements for H(sym Curl) and H(dev sym Curl) has been uploaded to arXiv.
- Mar. 18, 2021: The preprint Truncated Nonsmooth Newton Multigrid for phase-field brittle-fracture problems (with Carsten Gräser and Daniel Kienle) has seen a major update. It now contains a large section with numerical tests.

I have written a book on the DUNE software system, which is published by Springer Verlag. The friendly folks at Springer gave their permission to publish the chapter on how to get started with DUNE right here as well.
