Topic: Further development and validation of a scale for measuring diversity-sensitive leadership
Diversity and diversity management are becoming increasingly important in an increasingly globalized and diverse working world, especially with regard to the management level of companies. A deeper understanding of how managers perceive these issues and put them into practice is crucial for the success of strategies to promote inclusion and equal opportunities. But how do managers actually act in a diversity-sensitive manner? For example, four different levels can be identified at which managers act with regard to diversity-sensitive behavior.
As part of this master's thesis, a scale is to be further developed and validated with the help of an online survey in order to examine the behavior of managers with regard to their diversity sensitivity from the perspective of employees.
