Prof. Dr. Jürgen Wegge
Principle Investigator
For more than 15 years, Dr. Jürgen Wegge has been Professor for Work and Organizational Psychology at TU Dresden. He also heads the Center for Demography and Diversity (CDD) and was President of the Division for Industrial and Organizational Psychology of the German Psychological Society (DGPs) from 2010 to 2012. His work focuses on work motivation, leadership, demographic change, work and health, and diversity in organizations.
Prof. Dr. Petra Kemter-Hofmann
Principle Investigator
Dr. Petra Kemter-Hofmann is senior assistant at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at TU Dresden and honorary professor at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. As an expert in personnel selection and development, she combines both practical and scientific know-how.
Prof. Dr. Lars Fritzsche
Principle Investigator
Dr. Lars Fritzsche holds the honorary professorship "Ergonomics and Occupational Health Management" at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at TU Dresden since 2017. He is also managing director at imk Industrial Intelligence GmbH, which is active in the fields of product development, production planning, ergonomics consulting and software development in the context of the digital factory. He supports the project with scientific and practical expertise in ergonomics, digital work planning and design, and occupational health.
Prof. Dr. Dominika Wach
Since Aug. 1st 2023 Associate Principle Investigator
Prof. Dr. Dominika Wach was a research assistant at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at TU Dresden until Aug. 1st 2023. She studied and received her doctorate in Psychology in Katowice and Dresden. Her research projects, including the Dresden Entrepreneur Study, focus on well-being, recovery, and resilience of entrepreneurs. Prof. Dr. Dominika Wach now works at Macromedia University. Theresa Falter, M. Sc.
Theresa Falter is research assistant at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at TU Dresden. She studied Psychology in Konstanz, Riga and Dresden. She has special expertise in the areas of human resource development and social entrepreneurship.
Tanja Strukelj, M. A.
Tanja Strukelj is research assistant at the Chair of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at TU Dresden. She studied Sociology and Philosophy in Freiburg, Linköping and Frankfurt/Main. She has practical experience in developing trainings and diversity management.
