Three-month paid job shadowing opportunities in federal authorities starting in April 2023 as part of the model project "Diversity in Office - ViA" of the Deutschlandstiftung Integration.

During the internship, the interns will gain a wide-ranging insight into the day-to-day work of a top federal authority four days a week. In addition, they are involved in scientific project support one day per week. The aim of this is to use focus groups and seminars, among other things, to gather findings that will help initiate sustainable change processes and draft practical recommendations for action for the federal authorities. In this way, the project aims to provide new impetus for an intercultural opening of the civil service and, in the long term, to increase the representation of persons with migration biographies in the senior and higher civil service.
