Meeting Employers on Campus
Getting initial professional experience during your studies and creating networks with potential employers and business partners is the easiest way to master the transition from your studies to a career.
Are you looking for an internship, a thesis, or permanent employment?
During the Job Dating on May 10, 2023, in the Alte Mensa, you will quickly get to know employers and discuss possible entry options with them: Registration and Details
In these workshops, employers teach practical specialist and key skills as well as application skills. All workshops with employers can be found in our semester program.
One week practical insights right across Dresden – What to expect
- You don't want to sit in front of the screen or study for exams anymore?
- Are you looking for new motivation and fun?
- You want to know in which professional fields and areas you can work after graduation?
During the Tour de Dresden, you will get to know up to six industrial companies from Dresden and the environs in 4 days. During company expeditions, you can visit their production facilities and talk to the managing directors and employees about technical topics and career opportunities.
Tour Map
At the kick-off, you will receive your tour map. You will receive a stamp for each tour stop you visit. At the get-together on September 7, you can convert your tour map with all its stamps into a voucher for a visit to the beer garden.

- Especially in the fields of engineering and mathematics & natural sciences-Students interested in STEM subjects

- Especially in the fields of electrical engineering and mechanical and plant engineering
