The Division’s Tasks
The University Development Division reports to the Rector and is responsible for the various facets of strategic development, planning and controlling at TU Dresden.
- Conception and coordination of the TU Dresden-wide university strategy development process
- Leadership and implementation of the Division’s strategic projects
- Management of the “University of Excellence” program
- Coordination of internal and external target agreements
- Planning and Execution Campus Lausitz
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Monitoring, Reporting, and Data Analytics Academic Analytics
- Planning and Execution Universitätsjubiläum
- Coordination of Quality Management in education, research and administration (with a concentration on process management)
- Reporting and analysis
