MATLAB is a programming and numeric computing platform used by millions of engineers and scientists to analyze data, develop algorithms, and create models. It is developed by MathWorks, the leading developer of mathematical computing software for engineers and scientists. TU Dresden provides all staff and students with free campus-wide MATLAB access, including dedicated toolboxes for various applications.
In this hands-on tutorial you will learn how to do Machine Learning in MATLAB. We will use supervised and unsupervised machine learning to work with signal data. You will learn how to build and evaluate machine learning models for classification and regression.
This tutorial will be focused on the application of Machine Learning using MATLAB. You will have time to work through exercises on your own which will help you get started on your own projects. The event will also show how to use the built-in capabilities for Machine Learning in MATLAB using the MATLAB Parallel Server and show how to do deep learning with MATLAB using modern GPUs.
