Wirtschafts­Woche ranking 2024: Four researchers from the faculty with very good placements

In the current research ranking published by WirtschaftsWoche, four professors from the faculty achieved very good results. In the ranking of the most research-intensive Business Economists in German-speaking countries in the period 2020-2024, Prof. Dr. Lars Hornuf (Chair of Business Administration, in particular Finance and Financial Technology) is ranked 62nd out of 100. The lifetime achievement ranking looks at all research work over the career. Here, Prof. Dr. Thomas Günther (Chair of Business Administration, esp. Management Accounting and Control) is ranked 139th, Prof. Dr. Martin Wiener (Chair of Business Information Systems, in particular Business Engineering) 227th and Prof. Dr. Edeltraud Günther (Chair of Business Administration, in particular Sustainability Management and Environmental Accounting) 229th.
