E.F.A. learning game & knowledge repository
The E.F. A. project supported the acquisition of skills by Saxon micro and small enterprises in the social services sector with regard to occupational health and safety. To this end, an adaptive digital learning game was developed as part of the project, which enables employees to carry out a comprehensive and legally compliant risk assessment. The player takes on the role of an expert in occupational safety (E.F.A.) in order to impart methodological and content-related knowledge for carrying out the risk assessment. The medium of the game and the game-based learning approach are also intended to increase learner motivation.
