Master’s program in Continuing Education and Organizational Development

The Master’s program in Continuing Education and Organizational Development prepares students for challenging roles at the intersection of education, organization, and management. Given the growing demands for lifelong learning and organizational change, there is a need for professionals who can integrate educational, social, and economic perspectives—and this is precisely where the program comes in. No prior knowledge of business or economics is required.
