Important information on the Academic Advisory Service

Before submitting a request to the Academic Advisory Service, please check carefully whether you may be able to answer this question yourself by having a look at the website of the Examination Office.

Submission of Aqua Evidence and Learning Agreements (MA)

Please deposit your documents completely and correctly filled in at the institute secretary's office (room 217, use the mailbox in front of it).

Aqua certificates are forwarded directly to the examination office after they have been checked and processed.

You can pick up signed Learning Agreements after about two to three weeks in the institute secretariat (handover folder of the study and internship counseling).

Please note that only complete and correctly filled out documents can be processed.

The AQUA forms for the old bachelor's programs, the old diploma program, and the master's program can be found on the Faculty of Arts website.

Here you will find the AQUA form for the Bachelor GKS 1. HF Sociology.

Master's programme: Seminar selection in the modules "Freies Modul Erweiterungswissen" and "Freies Modul Spezialisierungswissen"

In accordance with the study regulations, you can choose seminars from the ‘Catalogue for the Profile Area of Master's Programmes at the Faculty of Philosophy [...]’ in the above-mentioned modules.

This catalogue will no longer be available in future.

If you choose this study option, you will therefore need to select courses yourself from the range of courses offered in the relevant subjects ‘in a neighbouring discipline, preferably in the humanities, social sciences or cultural studies, in accordance with the learning agreement’.

As participation in courses in other subjects has been repeatedly rejected by the relevant lecturers in the past, you will find a letter here, that you can present to lecturers to facilitate your participation in the selected seminar.
