Consultation hours for didactic advice
Consulting hours for didactical advice
The goal in sight, but the path still unclear?
When planning formats for political education, the situation arises time and again where you can clearly state what you want, but it is complicated to describe how to get there. And then you tend to move along the well-trodden but also familiar paths. It is exciting and helpful to ask yourself as many questions as possible. These can relate to the target group, the choice of topic or possible cooperation partners and advisors. However, they can also be related to feared or expected conflicts: What do we do if no one says anything? How do we avoid people not paricipating? How do we deal with inhumane statements? How do we protect ourselves from attacks?
We advise on solutions from a didactic perspective.
In all projects, it can be very helpful if an external person keeps an eye in the process and supports the process during the development and conception phase, but also during the implementation phase. First of all, this helps to structure the issues raised. Then the specific problems can be jointly identified and analyzed during the consultation. This brings you closer to solutions.
A didactic perspective from the field of political education in particular can bring in new and different professional aspects and thus contribute to success, but also have high quality monitoring. Any feared or existing conflicts can be negotiated and dealt with in preparation or on an ongoing basis.
At JoDDiD, we have a number of experienced employees who, on the one hand, are didactically adept and experienced in consulting and, on the other hand, have already had various experiences themselves in different formats.
We have set up a consultation hour for ad hoc advice. This allows you to negotiate your own questions and get to know the possibilities of JoDDiD. It is offered digitally to make it easily accessible. One or more people in a team can be advised at the same time.
Depending on the scope, inquiries can be resolved in this format or subsequent discussions can be scheduled.
Advice is confidential and free of charge.
