JoDDiD represents the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Expedition Campus

On September 9, 2021, the John Dewey Research Center for the Didactics of Democracy (JoDDiD) had the pleasure of conducting a workshop with students from the Ehrenfried-Walther-von-Tschirnhaus-Gymnasium Dresden on behalf of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (GSW) at TUD Dresden University of Technology.

As part of Expedition Campus, pupils are given the opportunity to get a taste of everyday university life. After an introduction in the morning, the group took the opportunity to go on a guided tour of the university campus.
Afterwards, the pupils took part in the JoDDiD workshop on the topic of "Elections to the Bundestag", which took place in the newly established JoDDiD advice workshop. Their visit to the university ended with a tour of the von Gerber Building.
