Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Mikolajick appointed IEEE Fellow

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world's premier professional association of engineers in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science. The highest degree of membership - IEEE Fellow - is achieved through nomination by other Fellows and subsequent recognition by the Board of Directors.

Prof. Dr-. Ing. Thomas Mikolajick, professor of nanoelectronics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of TU Dresden and scientific director of the TU Dresden subsidiary NaMLab gGmbH was appointed as IEEE Fellow "for contributions to nonvolatile memory" at the November meeting of the IEEE Board of Directors on 1 January 2023.
