Presentation of the Golden Diploma - Alumni meeting at Barkhausen Bau

On September 20, 2024, the seminar group 70/10/02 met for the presentation of the golden diploma certificates. Participant and alumna Ms. Knöfel reports the following on 50 years of diplomas:
"On September 20, 2024, we, the members of seminar group 70/10/02, received the "Golden Diploma" certificate from the hands of Ms. Bönisch from the Institute for Precision Engineering of Electronics. Beforehand, we were able to refresh our memories of the development of the TUD, the "Electronics Technology and Precision Engineering" section and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering through an interesting lecture by Dr. Schirmer from the same Institute. A guided tour of the technical collections rounded off this year's SG meeting.
The photo shows our seminar group in front of the main entrance to the Barkhausen Building after receiving their certificates.
Afterwards, we went to the place where we were presented with the certificates for the main examination as university engineers in the Department of "Electronic and Scientific Instrument Engineering" by the section director, Prof. Gerber, on August 6, 1974. This graduation ceremony took place in the "Waldmax" restaurant in the Dresdner Heide and our meeting continued in Sörnewitz/Coswig/Meißen.
