Studying at the Chair of Microsystems
We represent the discipline of microsystem technologies as a whole in our teachings. The focus is on design methods and simulation of microsystems, materials of microsystem technologies as well as their production technologies, functional groups and the most important areas of application.

Teaching at the Chair of Microsystems
Teaching at the Chair of Microsystems is integrated in the master and diploma courses of „Elektrotechnik“ and contributes to the basic studies as well as to the field of studies „Mikroeletronik“ and „Geräte-, Mikro- und Medizintechnik“. Prof. Richter is the head of study fields for the studies of „Mikroelektronik“.
Furthermore the chair is involved in the majors of „Mechatronik“ (contact person Dr. Marschner), „Regenerative Energiesysteme“ as well as the international master courses of „Nanoelectronic Systems “ and „Organic and Molecular Electronics“.
Starting from summer semester 2017 Prof. Marschner will take on the lecture „Elektrotechnik“ for the basic studies of the diploma course of „Maschinenbau“.
