Organizational Structure of the Future Energy Lab
The Future Energy Lab has a clearly defined organizational structure that facilitates close collaboration between various scientific disciplines and external partners.

2. Advisory Board
The Advisory Board provides guidance to the lab and contributes perspectives from business, politics, society, and academia. It ensures close ties to current societal developments and promotes the transfer of knowledge beyond TU Dresden.
3. Coordinator
As the coordinator of the Future Energy Lab, Dr. Anja Blüher serves as the central point of contact for organizational matters and contributes to the strategic development of the initiative. She oversees operational implementation and contributes to internal and external communication.

4. Project Management Level
Below the executive board level are the individual research projects , which are integrated into the Lab both thematically and organizationally. The project leaders are responsible for implementing the project’s content and work closely with the coordinator and the executive board.
5. Interfaces with the University
The Future Energy Lab is directly connected to the University Executive Board and the Research Funding Office at TU Dresden through defined interfaces. This close connection enables strategic coordination, resource planning, and support for the implementation of research projects in a targeted manner.
