Structured Qualification program
The interdisciplinary qualification program offers both local and international mentoring and training modules. On the one hand, it contains modules for reflection and discussion of the goals, values and methods of the disciplines involved and on the other hand, a teaching program at the interdisciplinary interface of engineering sciences and psychology, as well as various forms of exchange with international experts. It enables the doctoral researchers of the Research Training Group to build up in-depth knowledge in their field, to gain interdisciplinary knowledge, to learn and apply scientific methods, and to acquire skills for interdisciplinary and international cooperation in highly innovative research areas. Main elements of the structures qualification program are: Lab visits, Lecture series with external guests, Lecture series of the doctoral researchers, and Retreats. The program is supplemented with courses that can be visited at the Graduate Academy of the TU Dresden.
