Sorry - this document is available in German only.
Please note that on the application
- Name,
- address,
- matriculation number,
- course of study,
- e-mail address and
- the subject
are available.
Please express your request concisely but comprehensibly in writing! Please make sure that all documents required for the application are complete.
For recognitions, please fill out the necessary form.
In case of recognition of study and examination achievements, original certificates must always be submitted or presented when submitting the application to the examination office. Furthermore, descriptions of the modules/subjects to be recognized must be enclosed with the application.
The applications are always submitted to the examination office! This is necessary because the examination office checks the completeness of your documents and, if necessary, encloses a current overview of grades. Afterwards, your application will be forwarded to the examination board.
If you have a short request to the examination board, please use e-mails for this purpose. Always state your full name, the course of study incl. the intended degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) and, if applicable, your matriculation number. Please always send the e-mail from your TUD e-mail address (otherwise you risk not receiving a reply)!
Please note, however, that applications must always be submitted in writing with your original signature! Applications by e-mail will not be processed.
Due to the large number of applications, it can normally take up to 4 weeks to process your application. Therefore, please make sure that you submit your application in time. You do not need to ask the examination office about the processing status, as you will be notified by e-mail immediately after the examination board has returned your application.
