ASA scholarship awardees at MVT
The two awardees Ms. Rilke and Ms. Dang together with Dr. Babick in the laboratory of our group.
This summer we welcomed the two students DANG Hong Minh and Nora RILKE as scholarship awardees Stipendiatinnen of the ASA-programme in our facilities. Ms. Dang comes frome Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), while Ms. Rilke attends the course Process Engineering and Natural Materials Technology at our faculty. Both work as tandem at a project on the photocatalytic removal of hardly degradable organics from industrial waste-water and are continuing their projekt in autumn at HUST in Vietnam.
The ASA-programme supports student exchange projects with developmental dimension. Apart from achieving the technical objectives it promotes to become acquainted with a different cultural region and to reflect the own one. Students and apprentices living in Germany can apply for the yearly updated projects, independent if the study or learn at the supervising institution.
