The SprInt Programme provides a free training for the non-academic staff at TUD in order to improve language skills and intercultural competences. The programme offers a structured certificate of continuing education, which can be acquired in two different versions.

The “Leading successfully at TU Dresden” programme at TU Dresden is designed to provide you with support in your daily management challenges.
The aim of the programme is to strengthen and further develop your leadership abilities through specific workshops, networking opportunities and personal advisory services.
The programme is available to all members of TU Dresden management in the areas of science, technology and administration.  

Collegial case advice is a method designed to help colleagues deal with tasks and problems among themselves. Here, a person seeking advice convenes an often interdisciplinary advisory group which makes suggestions for the problem presented. These suggestions do not necessarily have to be accepted by the person seeking advice – it is rather a matter of working out alternative courses of action from different perspectives, jointly reflecting on their pros and cons and providing the person seeking advice with help in making a decision about their problem. Several rounds can be scheduled in advance within the framework of the collaborative meeting with the person seeking advice changing, so that all participants have the opportunity to present their respective problem and receive suggestions for solutions from the advisory group.  

Carus Campus is a joint project of the Faculty of Medicine of the TU Dresden and the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden. The aim of our alumni and support network is to bundle and expand alumni activities by creating an office within the university hospital campus and to actively support students and various university groups outside of academia. 

Our aim is to assist students and staff with the compatibility of studies/job and family. For us, family does not only refer to parenting but also to the care of (grand-)parents and partners. Therefore, TU Dresden provides their students and staff with a plethora of support offers yet today. These are continuously being extended.
