TeamWork 2025 - Apply for an Online International Experience this Spring!
EUTOPIA TeamWork is a four-week, part-time virtual program that brings together students from six European EUTOPIA partner universities to collaborate on exciting projects for international organizations. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a global context—perfect for those seeking international exposure without the need to travel far. TeamWork is open to students from all disciplines and levels of study.
Program Structure
- Dates & Schedule
- Intercultural training & preparation: Feb. 2025 (online)
- Introduction & getting to know each other: Feb. 19, 2025 (at TUD)
- Additional workshop offers, e.g. on topics such as intercultural competence, efficient collaboratio, and digital presentation: Feb. 10-28, 2025 (online)
- Active phase: March 3 - March 28, 2025, 10 hours per week (online)
- Teams: Up to six students from participating EUTOPIA universities (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, CY Cergy Paris University, University of Gothenburg, University of Ljubljana, TU Dresden and University of Warwick)
- Prerequisites: Open to all students (Bachelor, Master, PhD) from all subject areas - no specific prior knowledge required.
- Matching: Participants are assigned to a specific company or organization regardless of their professional background. This corresponds to a basic idea of TeamWork: different professional backgrounds and individual skills as well as experience enrich the team and lead to solutions for real cases.

How does TeamWork work?
You will collaborate online in a team with students from various universities and work on real-world projects for an international company or organization. The kick-off event for all selected TUD participants will take place on-site. Here, you will receive detailed information about the TeamWork program, its processes, and objectives. You will also have the opportunity to meet your contacts in person and connect with other participants from TU Dresden.
Afterward, you will be assigned to an international project team tasked with working on a specific company project. The diversity of companies involved in TeamWork is reflected in the variety of project assignments. Together with your team, you will leverage your combined professional and personal skills to tackle real-world challenges.
