Summary of Lecture: |
Techniques to generate and detect continuous-wave as well as pulsed terahertz radiation will be presented. Linear terahertz spectroscopy applied to different areas of physics with a focus on semiconductor physics will be reviewed. Furthermore imaging applications, terahertz near-field microscopy and high-field phenomena will be discussed. |
