Summary of Lecture: | In this lecture, we discuss and apply numerical methods for the simulation of quantum many-body systems on classical computers. In particular, besides the exact diagonalization, variational wave-function approaches such as tensor network states, and some stochastic (Quantum Monte Carlo) techniques will be covered. | ||||||
