Organizational Psychology
OrganiZational Development:
"The greatest constant in modern times is change" (Sterman, 1994) - Development and change in organization are the defining aspects of today's times. Whether it is a continuous process of change over a longer period of time or a radical change, whether it is a process that refers to smaller units, or the whole organization, as a cultural change of an organization after fusions, for example, this change always has a serious impact on all parties involved. Positive (eg innovation) as negative (eg fear) consequences are always very strongly connected with the concept of development / change and of course many questions like: When is the right time ?, how do I relate my employees? What is a "right" communication? What resistances will there be and how do I deal with it ...
We would be pleased to assist you as an employer or as a personal representative in answering all your questions. In terms of method, we can rely on proven instruments, which we would like to introduce to you.

Leadership:
Leadership is to be understood as a collective term for interaction processes (conversations, decisions, actions, etc.) in which a deliberate influence of persons on other persons is based on the fulfillment of common tasks. The occurrence of leadership is not tied to formal positions. Rather, guidance is from different directions: top (executive)-down (employees), but also bottom-up and laterally between team members on the same hierarchy level. The question of how an intelligent leadership in organizations looks like and how to organize a division of leadership processes in organizations in order to promote the motivation to work and the performance as a whole has already been widely investigated. We make it easier for employers and staff representatives to enter the topic of intelligent, modern management through proven measuring instruments and innovative training courses with rich learning materials (for example as a workshop).
