About the project
The STUDY SMART network project aims to promote academic success at TU Dresden and facilitate entry into the job market. It is particularly aimed at female and international students as well as student teachers.
Goals
- Promoting academic success and career entry for women (development and use of specific support services, empowerment and skills development, increasing the number of female peer trainers in STEM subjects)

Promoting academic success and social integration for international students (developing study and career-related skills, increasing the number of international peer trainers)

Promoting digital skills and future skills (building basic digital and transformative social skills)

Supporting student teachers (promoting professional orientation, increasing student satisfaction through networking opportunities)
