Study contents
In the 2nd major subject of English and American Studies, students will apply their excellent command of the English language as a basis to acquire an overview of the language, culture and literature of Great Britain and North America as well as other English-speaking countries. The program includes specialized modules and independent study of basic academic methods. In English Studies, the overview ranges from the medieval beginnings to the present.
