Inclusion
One aspect of the diversity of opportunities concerns the inclusion of people with disabilities and chronic diseases.
Again and again, this places us in the situation of having to question things that we had deemed self-evident, to retrain ourselves and make way for new possibilities to ensure the successful integration of this target group into the routines and demands of our everyday lives.
TU Dresden recognizes that diversity promotes growth and is committed to the inclusion of all its members. This means ensuring fair, non-discriminatory and self-determined participation of people, including those with disabilities and chronic diseases, in all topics within the university and contributing to the development of an inclusive university.
In order to achieve the goal of an inclusive university, the Staff Unit Diversity Management is closely linked with numerous stakeholders at and beyond TU Dresden. The work in this area is only possible and successful through intensive cooperation with diverse partners.
