Guest Accounts for WiFi access

By setting up a WiFi guest account in the TU Dresden Self-Service Portal, the person setting up the guest account agrees to these terms and conditions:

• ZIH does not process personal data of the guest.
• During the period of validity, the guest-account is associated to the person setting up the WiFi guest account.
• The set-up of a WiFi guest account is only permitted for official purposes.
• The set-up of a WiFi guest account is only permitted for a natural person, as declared in §3 section 2 of the IT-Ordnung,
• The person setting up the WiFi guest account can only associate it to a natural person. Group-accounts are prohibited.
• During the period of validity of the WiFi guest account, the person setting up the WiFi guest accounts can always disclose to the ZIH to which natural person the account is provided.
• The person setting up the WiFi guest account is obligated to not process personal data of the guest for other purposes and to neither transmit nor disclose the personal data to a third party.
• The person setting up the WiFi guest account is obligated to ensure technically and organizationally that unauthorized processing and use of the personal data of the guest is not possible.
• The person setting up the WiFi guest account is obligated to immediately delete personal data of the guest after the period of validity.
• The person setting up the WiFi guest account informs the guest about the terms in the IT-Ordnung and obliges him to comply with the terms.
• The person setting up the WiFi guest account has to oblige the guest to keep internal and personal data, which was gained by using the guest account and that is not public, confidential and to neither collect, save, use, alter nor transmit this data to other purposes than the official purpose at the TU Dresden.
• The person setting up the WiFi guest account is liable to the TU Dresden for misuse of the guest account in accordance with the IT-Ordnung.
