NFDI4DataScience
NFDI4DataScience is building a data infrastructure for the interdisciplinary field of data science and artificial intelligence, which is driven by technical progress in the field of computer science and at the same time is of great relevance to many other scientific disciplines. Transparency, reproducibility and FAIRness have become crucial challenges due to the complexity of modern data science methods, which are often based on a combination of software, models and data for training. Therefore, NFDI4DataScience focuses on different types of data and artefacts such as publications, data, models and software code. For the enormous amounts of data, the ZIH together with other partners develops services for storing and managing as well as executing AI methods on its modern high-performance computers.
