The TSP is aimed at all (junior-)scientists from non-university research institutions of the DRESDEN-concept network and at lecturers of TU Dresden who want to orient their teaching towards research. We primarily support postdocs who would like to gain teaching experience and qualify themselves didactics for teaching in higher education as part of their career development. Doctoral students can of course also contact us with their questions and concerns.

Participation is free of charge. It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Free State of Saxony in the context of the federal and state excellence strategy.

You can choose between English and German. The online self-study course is available in both languages. In the SYNERGIES element, the language is determined together with the participants at the beginning. For the language of the course to be taught, the specifications in the module description must be taken into account.
